For Standard Deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we use Royal Mail First Class. Our Standard Charge is currently £3.95 plus VAT and items will normally be despatched within two/three working days.
If you are not present to accept your delivery the driver will put a card thourgh your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
For Next Day Deliveries within the United Kingdom we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our Next Day Delivery charge is currently £7.50 plus VAT. Packages are despatched within 24hours of payment receipt. However, please be aware that orders placed on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
If you are local to our NOA NOA Reigate store, you might wish to collect your purchases yourself, thereby avoiding paying any postage at all. To do this, when you get to the Checkout on the website, simply choose the "Collect In-store" postage option.
International Delivery
The delivery charge for European countries is currently £8.95 plus VAT and Worldwide is £15.95 plus VAT. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure trackable parcel delivery service.
Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
All posted items are issued with a barcode which allows us to track your order from when it leaves our hands, to when it’s signed for by you.
