To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Bohemian Wardrobe Company discalims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
However, if we discover an error in the details of goods that have been ordered then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling or continuing with the order. A full refund will be given for any cancelled order.
Please also note that every effort has been made to reflect the colour accuracy of the garments offered for sale on our website. Given the fact that this accuracy of colour reproduction is governed by the resolution of your computer monitor, please allow for small discrepancies when you receive your actual order.

You may access this website solely for your own personal use. You may not use, copy or store any part of this Site for any commercial or legal purpose.All rights, including copyright are owned or licensed to The Bohemian Wardrobe Company.
Order Confirmation
By placing an order on The Bohemian Wardrobe Company website you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.
We will send an automated order acknowledgement email to you but please note that this is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received. You will also receive an email from either Paypal or SagePay (depending on your chosen payment method) confirming your payment details.
You will receive email Confirmation of your order once the goods have been despatched. Our acceptance of each individual part of the order is upon despatch of each of the items ordered. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur where we identify a product pricing or description error, the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment.
Pricing / VAT
All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of 20% VAT.
Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. In the case of a product being unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer a suitable alternative or refund your payment for that product. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website or edit any information on this website at any time. We may refuse to process an order at any time or refuse service to any individual for any reason at our sole discretion.
Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order at any point before Dispatch by contacting Customer Services on 01737 246 652 within UK or +44 1737 246 652 if calling from overseas. If your order has already been dispatched you can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, odour free and with the original labels attached within 10 days of placing your order to receive a full refund (7 days from order placement only for sale goods).
Payment
The Bohemian Wardrobe Company accept most major credit / debit cards. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods. All items must be paid for before despatch. We will despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment from your card provider.
Right to Cancel Orders
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer then we may have no option but to cancel the order. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the credit / debit card owner then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
UK Delivery
For Standard Deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we use Royal Mail First Class. Our Standard Charge is currently £3.95 plus VAT. and items will normally be despatched within two/three working days.
If you are not present to accept your delivery the driver will put a card thourgh your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
For Next Day Deliveries within the United Kingdom we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our Next Day Delivery charge is currently £7.50 plus VAT. Packages are despatched within 24 hours of payment receipt. However, please be aware that orders placed on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
International Delivery
The delivery charge for European countries is currently £8.95 plus VAT and Worldwide is £15.95 plus VAT. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure trackable parcel delivery service.
Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
All posted items are issued with a barcode which allows us to track your order from when it leaves our hands, to when it’s signed for by you.

Packages Weighing More Than 1kg
Packages weighing more than 1kg may have an additional shipping charge depending on weight which will be quoted by email before despatch.
Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a refund. You can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, unmarked odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or receive a full refund. When trying on a garment please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume or deodorant which may in any way result in the above list of damages. We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows any signs of wear. Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Pierced Earrings.

The Bohemian Wardrobe Company is not responsible for return postage to us unless in the exceptional circumstance an item is faulty or your order is incorrect. We strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us. Please not, that exchanges will be despatched back to you at your cost. We aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods. Refunds will be re-credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3/4 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods. Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser.
Return / Exchange of SALE Goods :
Please note that the exchange period for SALE or Special Promotion products is 7 Days. Discounted goods will only be refunded / credited to the value of the Sale / Promotional value. Refunds will be re-credited as per above Returns Procedure.
